Michael Shock is an experienced executive, entrepreneur, and real estate professional with more than four decades of hands-on business and investment experience. Over his career, Michael has built, operated, acquired, renovated, managed, and sold hundreds of properties while also leading companies, educating investors, and helping people create practical paths to financial growth.
As the founder of Bay Rock Home Buyers, Michael has been involved in more than 450 real estate transactions, including acquisitions, renovations, property management, seller financing, investment strategy, and private lending structures. His work has focused on solving real-world housing problems, creating opportunities for buyers and sellers, and building systems that produce consistent results.
Michael is also the former owner and operator of Swag Dog, a high-volume custom apparel and eCommerce company that generated approximately $22 million in annual revenue. Through that experience, he developed deep expertise in operations, sales, marketing, team leadership, customer acquisition, and scalable business systems.
In addition to his business career, Michael has been a national speaker and educator, reaching more than 15,000 students through 300+ live events, conferences, and training programs. His teaching style is practical, direct, and based on real-world experience rather than theory.
